REPRESENTING GBƐTSƆƆLƆ AT ACCRA REGIONAL POLICE COMMAND

Yesterday l represented GBƐTSƆƆLƆ at a meeting with the Accra Regional Police Command. A number of issues including peace and security for Teshie Homowo 2025 were discussed. I took the opportunity to correct the wrong impression that there is a pending case between the Teshie Traditional Council & the Teshie Council of Elders at Dodowa.

The Dodowa writ together with the motion paper and the supporting affidavit did not mention the name of the Teshie Council of Elders as a necessary Party to the case.

I also informed the Police that all injunction appications against the Teshie Traditional Council at the High Court have been dismissed. I wish to avail myself of this opportunity to assure all Teshimei that Homowo 2025 will be celebrated in an atmosphere of absolute peace and security.
